IMPORTANT SUMMARY (READ BEFORE PURCHASE)
• DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE DOWNLOAD/ACCESS STARTS (EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW).
• WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND, ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES, OR INCOMPATIBILITY.
• IF YOUR FILE IS DEFECTIVE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED, OUR SOLE OBLIGATION IS TO REPAIR/REPLACE OR, IF THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE, PROVIDE A PRICE REDUCTION OR REFUND AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
1) DEFINITIONS
“Digital Product” means any downloadable or streamed digital content, including PDFs, templates, files, ZIPs, audio/video, courses, toolkits, and any access keys.
“Access” means any of: download starts, streaming starts, file is made available, login is created, or a link/key is delivered.
“Consumer” means a customer buying for personal use (not business). “Business Customer” means buying primarily for business/trade.
2) LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
2.1 You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Product for your own use only.
2.2 You must not:
(a) share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or upload to any website/platform;
(b) post files or excerpts online (including “free groups” or communities);
(c) use the Digital Product to create competing products or services.
2.3 Breach of this license may result in immediate termination without refund, plus legal action.
3) DELIVERY, ACCESS & RECORDS
3.1 Delivery is made electronically via download link, email, or account access.
3.2 You are responsible for entering the correct email address and ensuring you can receive emails and access downloads.
3.3 We may log download/access events for fraud prevention and customer support.
4) PRICING & TAXES
4.1 Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes/VAT (if applicable) will be added where required.
4.2 Promotional pricing is time-limited and non-retroactive.
5) NO RETURNS / NO CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUNDS (HARSH VERSION)
5.1 Due to the nature of Digital Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once Access begins.
5.2 We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:
(a) change of mind;
(b) accidental purchases;
(c) you “didn’t like it” or “expected something else” where the product matches the description;
(d) failure to read the product description, requirements, or what’s included;
(e) incompatibility with your device/software, where requirements were stated;
(f) inability to open files due to missing/unsupported software;
(g) lack of usage, time, or motivation;
(h) purchases made during promotions/launch pricing.

6) UK/EU-STYLE DIGITAL CONTENT WAIVER (USE THIS IF YOU SELL TO UK/EU CONSUMERS)
6.1 By purchasing, you request immediate Access to the Digital Product during any applicable cancellation period.
6.2 You expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that once Access begins you lose any legal right to cancel for change of mind for Digital Products, where such a right would otherwise apply.
6.3 If you do not provide this consent/acknowledgement at checkout, we may delay delivery until the end of any applicable cancellation period.
7) DEFECTIVE / NOT-AS-DESCRIBED DIGITAL PRODUCTS (LIMITED REMEDY)
7.1 If the Digital Product is defective, corrupted, materially not as described, or you cannot access it due to our error, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@wiseescapespublishing.com with:
(a) order ID and purchase email;
(b) a short description of the issue; and
(c) screenshots/video where relevant.
7.2 Our first remedy is to repair, replace, or provide a working copy or alternative access within a reasonable time.
7.3 Only if we cannot repair/replace/provide access within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund to the extent required by applicable law.
7.4 Refunds (where required) are limited to the amount paid for the affected Digital Product and will be made to the original payment method.
7.5 No other remedies are offered (including compensation for time, inconvenience, or indirect loss), except where legally required.
8) CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD (STRICT)
8.1 Before initiating any chargeback, you agree to contact support and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
8.2 Unfounded chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension/termination of access, refusal of future orders, and sharing of evidence with the payment processor.
9) SUBSCRIPTIONS / MEMBERSHIPS (IF APPLICABLE)
9.1 Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
9.2 Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law.
9.3 We may change subscription pricing with notice; changes apply at the next renewal.
10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Digital Products are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, business interruption), to the extent permitted by law.
10.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited (e.g., fraud, or certain statutory consumer rights).
11) GOVERNING LAW
11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales / Your jurisdiction].
11.2 If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer laws of your country/state. These terms do not exclude those mandatory rights.
